The Strategic Planning workshop focuses on your challenges and objectives to discover opportunities to improve investment levels, service levels and user productivity.  During this workshop, we will explore areas related to your objectives and develop plans to realize your goals.  

                    Session 1:  Executive Q & A

°         Discuss current challenges in the business and/or software

°         Review current and future objectives

°         Consider metrics for measuring progress towards objectives

 

                    Session 2:  Discovery 

°         General review of current inventory status & trends

°         Review of current planning strategies

°         Review of buyer compliance & productivity

°         Choose 1 or 2 priority areas to explore in Sessions 3 & 4

 

                    Sessions 3 & 4:  Focused Review of Priority Area(s) 

°         Review of Challenges

°         Develop potential resolutions

°         Devise Implementation Plan

 

Between sessions, we will research and analyze underlying data in order to revise the agenda and prepare for upcoming sessions.
