Until now, Outlook emails are hidden from you unless you’re copied. With the CSC you can view them all, logged under each customer’s account. 

§         Import customer related emails into for viewing in i-Series

§         Send emails from i-Series or Outlook and log in i-Series for future reference

§         Tag emails with order number and other important references for easy lookup
